I noticed that once Twitter fixed the API issue, this problem resolved itself.

And then last week, it quit working again for blogs posts.

Have you heard anything or do you have issues with Tweets being converted to a daily digest in a blog?

I’m strongly considering your fix because this issue seems to sort have morphed into something else.
